My name is Justin Van Til, and I founded Authenticity-I from three decades of learning—through building, scaling, and working alongside organizations pursuing ambitious growth through innovation and redefining how they lead in their markets.
For more than three decades, my work has lived primarily across financial technology—spanning multiple channels within that ecosystem.
Early in my career, I helped build one of the first platforms connecting investors and financial advisors. As financial technology evolved, my focus shifted toward how institutions could implement investment portfolios more intelligently—bringing together research, software, and execution in more coordinated ways. Over the past decade, that work extended into reshaping how financial information is consumed, structured, and distributed in real time.
Much of this experience was developed alongside smaller, innovative firms—Davids operating against deeply entrenched incumbents. There were meaningful successes, and there were moments where outcomes did not fully meet their potential.
Looking back, the difference was rarely effort or intelligence.
When growth fell short, it was almost always due to a breakdown in strategic alignment—or the absence of continuous, real-world feedback loops connecting leadership, execution, and the market as conditions evolved.
Authenticity-I was built from that pattern.
Operating Perspective
Throughout my career, I have worked across strategy, product, sales, and business development leadership roles—helping organizations align vision with execution, integrate market insight into decision-making, and build scalable growth engines. Across these roles, I have: * Developed and executed partnership strategies that expanded presence across data, technology, and distribution ecosystems—activating alliances, joint ventures, and growth collaborations that accelerated market reach and strengthened platform capabilities * Built and commercialized platforms from concept through global deployment * Scaled distribution across banks, custodians, and institutional investors * Led product, sales, and marketing functions within growth-stage environments * Structured partnerships across financial technology, asset management, and data ecosystems * Helped organizations translate complex investment and data capabilities into scalable, market-ready solutions
This perspective has been shaped over time—beginning with an economics foundation at Colby College in the 1990s, followed by entrepreneurship studies at Babson College, and developed through three decades of professional experience. I’ve been fortunate to learn alongside a wide range of organizations, partners, and teams navigating growth in many competitive environments. I carry strong conviction in what has been built—and I’m genuinely grateful to those who take the time to engage and learn more.
